Hi, I'm Lance.

My journey hasn't been a straight line—and honestly, that's what makes it meaningful.

I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, and today, I work as a Housing Loan Marketing Assistant. Together with my Account Officer, we handle loan processes from start to finish—coordinating with clients, branches, and internal teams to ensure everything is accurate, efficient, and smooth.

It's a role that requires strong attention to detail, communication, and responsibility—and it's where I continue to grow every day.

At the same time, I'm currently studying Real Estate, building my knowledge for something bigger in the future.

Before stepping into finance and marketing, I gained experience from different fields. From supporting local government work, to teaching Korean students online and living in Thailand as an English teacher, to handling global resume processing—I've learned how to adapt, connect, and improve in different environments.
